EVOLVE is a technology platform for financial information visualisation, organisation and tracking. It is not a financial institution, is not subject to financial supervision and does not provide regulated financial services. EVOLVE's services are of an exclusively technological and informational nature.

2. Third-Party Product Ownership

Products, services and financial instruments referenced on the platform are the exclusive property and responsibility of their respective issuers and providers. EVOLVE acts as an independent technology platform and has no participation, corporate relationship or liability with respect to them.

• •EVOLVE does not guarantee the accuracy of issuers' information.
• •Information on third-party products comes from the issuers themselves.
• •EVOLVE does not endorse or support any product referenced on the platform.

3. Provider Liability

Liability arising from the products, services or actions of third-party providers and issuers rests solely with those third parties. Users must contact each provider directly for information about their products, conditions, fees and specific risks.

• •EVOLVE is not a party to contracts between the user and providers.

4. Legal Status

EVOLVE does not hold the status of financial intermediary, securities broker, portfolio manager or any other entity subject to financial supervision. Services provided are not regulated or supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon).

5. Absence of Financial Guidance

Information available on the platform is exclusively informational and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or any other regulated guidance. Users should not base their financial decisions solely on information available on the platform.

7. Contractual Independence

Use of the EVOLVE platform does not create any contractual relationship between the user and referenced third-party providers. Contractual relationships are exclusively between the user and each provider. EVOLVE is not party to such relationships and assumes no obligation arising from them.

8. Third-Party Content

The platform may include links to third-party websites or content. EVOLVE accepts no liability for such content, its accuracy, legality or fitness. Access to third-party websites is at the user's sole risk.

9. Amendments

EVOLVE reserves the right to amend the services provided, platform content and this Liability Disclaimer at any time. Amendments will be published on the platform with the update date indicated.

10. Legislation and Disputes
