EVOLVE provides its users with a unified digital environment enabling the centralisation and visualisation of global financial information. The service allows users to access from a single point information relating to their accounts, positions and financial records that may be dispersed across different institutions, platforms or jurisdictions. Information is displayed through dashboards and interfaces designed to facilitate clear and organised understanding and analysis of the user's financial information.

2. Organisation and Data Structuring

The platform applies automated structuring and organisation processes to financial information incorporated by the user, with the aim of presenting it in a coherent, categorised and easily understandable manner.

  • •Format standardisation to facilitate comparison and analysis.

3. Tracking and Traceability

EVOLVE provides continuous tracking tools that allow users to maintain a historical record of their financial information and track its evolution over time.

4. Scope and Service Limitations

Services provided by EVOLVE are of a strictly technological and informational nature. Under no circumstances do EVOLVE's services include:

  • •The execution, brokering or participation in financial transactions of any kind.
  • •The custody, administration or management of funds, securities or other user assets.
  • •The provision of financial, legal, tax or investment guidance of any kind.
  • •Acting as a representative, agent or proxy for the user before third parties.
  • •The provision of payment, credit or any other regulated financial services.

5. Applicable Legal Framework

Services provided by EVOLVE fall exclusively within the category of information society services, in accordance with the Estonian Information Society Services Act and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA). EVOLVE is not subject to authorisation, registration or supervision as an investment services firm, credit institution or payment service provider.

  • •Not supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon).
  • •Compliance with the GDPR and applicable data protection law.
  • •Compliance with the NIS2 Directive and the Estonian Cybersecurity Act.
