Nothing published on the platform constitutes financial guidance, product recommendation, suggestion of action or advice of any kind. EVOLVE does not provide financial guidance or any other regulated service.

2. Liability for Information and Third Parties

Information relating to third-party products and services that may appear on the platform comes from the providers of those products and services themselves, who bear sole responsibility for it. EVOLVE does not verify the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such information and accepts no liability for it.

7. Absence of Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the platform does not create any fiduciary, mandate, representation or agency relationship between EVOLVE and the User. EVOLVE acts solely as a technology provider and does not assume the obligations of a financial intermediary.

8. Accuracy and Currency of Information

EVOLVE makes reasonable efforts to ensure available information is correct and up to date, but cannot guarantee this at all times. Users must independently verify all relevant information before making any decision.

9. Legal Status of the Platform

EVOLVE is not a financial institution, is not subject to authorisation as an investment services firm, does not manage funds of any kind and is not supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) or any other financial regulatory body.

10. Data Protection and Security

Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection law. 11. Amendments to the Risk Notice

EVOLVE reserves the right to amend this Risk Notice at any time. Changes will be published on the platform with the update date indicated.

12. Applicable Law

This Risk Notice is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU law, without prejudice to the rights of consumer users under the law of their country of habitual residence.
