Intellectual Property

1. Platform Ownership

The EVOLVE platform and all its components, including source code, object code, system architecture, visual design, user interface, databases, algorithms and technical documentation, belong exclusively to Humman Finance Marketplace OÜ and are protected by Estonian and international intellectual property legislation, including the Estonian Copyright Act, the Berne Convention and applicable EU Regulations.

2. Reservation of Rights

All rights over platform content are reserved. The following are expressly prohibited without EVOLVE's prior written authorisation:

• •Reproducing, copying, distributing or publicly communicating platform content.
• •Transforming, adapting or creating derivative works from the content.
• •Decompiling, reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
• •Extracting or reusing substantial parts of platform databases.
• •Removing, altering or concealing intellectual property or copyright notices.

3. Trademarks and Distinctive Signs

The name EVOLVE, the logo, graphic elements and other distinctive signs associated with the platform are trademarks and signs of Humman Finance Marketplace OÜ. Their use without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

• •Use of EVOLVE trademarks in any context without authorisation is not permitted.
• •Creating works that may cause confusion with EVOLVE trademarks is not permitted.
• •Use of EVOLVE distinctive signs on social media or digital media requires authorisation.

4. Licence of Use

EVOLVE grants the registered user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the platform and its content, solely and exclusively for accessing and using the services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right of reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation.

5. Third-Party Content

Third-party content that may be available on the platform (including provider information, market data or partner content) is subject to the intellectual property rights of its respective owners. EVOLVE grants no rights over such content.

6. Database Rights

Databases integrated in the platform are protected by sui generis database rights under Directive 96/9/EC and applicable transposition legislation. Extraction or reuse of substantial parts of the databases, whether repeated or systematic, is prohibited, even where each individual extraction is non-substantial.

7. Notification Procedure

If you consider that any content available on the EVOLVE platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may notify EVOLVE by writing to admin@evolve.market, identifying the infringing content, the rights you consider infringed and evidence of your ownership of those rights. EVOLVE undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the notification and to investigate and respond to it within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Amendments

EVOLVE reserves the right to amend this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Amendments will be published on the platform with the update date indicated.
