Conditions and channels of the EVOLVE platform technical support service.

1. Identification of the Responsible Party
The EVOLVE platform technical support service is managed by Humman Finance Marketplace OÜ, with registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Kentmanni tn 4, 10116, Estonia. Technical support is limited exclusively to matters relating to the technical functioning of the EVOLVE platform. EVOLVE does not provide support for products, services or matters of third-party providers.
2. Scope of Technical Support
The technical support service covers the following areas:
- •Platform access and authentication issues.
- •Technical incidents related to the functioning of platform features.
- •Queries about user account configuration.
- •Assistance with the process of integrating information with authorised services.
- •Reporting and tracking of platform errors or unexpected behaviour.
3. Support Channels
Users may contact EVOLVE's technical support service through the following channels:
- •Email: admin@evolve.market
- •Contact form available on the platform.
- •Integrated ticket system on the platform (when available).
4. Availability and Response Times
EVOLVE's technical support team handles requests on business days. Indicative response times are:
- •Critical incidents (inability to access the platform): response as quickly as possible.
- •Serious incidents (features unavailable): response within a reasonable timeframe.
- •General queries: response within business days.
- •EVOLVE reserves the right to modify response times depending on service load.
5. Data Protection in Support
Personal data provided in the context of the technical support service (name, email, incident description) will be processed by Humman Finance Marketplace OÜ exclusively for the purpose of managing the support request, in accordance with the GDPR and EVOLVE's Privacy Policy.
- •Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to resolve the incident and the subsequent follow-up period.
- •Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure by contacting admin@evolve.market.
- •Data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
6. Support Security
EVOLVE's technical support service operates under the security standards applicable to the platform:
- •Support communications are carried out through encrypted channels.
- •EVOLVE will never request the user's passwords or financial credentials by email.
- •Any suspicious request for credentials must be reported immediately to EVOLVE.
- •Support tickets and records are stored securely.
7. Limitations and Exclusions
EVOLVE's technical support service does not cover:
- •Queries about third-party providers' products, services or actions.
- •Financial, legal, tax or any other regulated guidance.
- •Matters relating to platforms, systems or services external to EVOLVE.
- •Support for the user's devices or operating systems.
- •Actions arising from the user's breach of the Terms and Conditions.
8. Procedure for Reporting Security Incidents
Users who detect a security incident, vulnerability or misuse of the platform must notify EVOLVE immediately via admin@evolve.market. EVOLVE will treat such communications confidentially and investigate reported incidents with the utmost diligence.
9. Amendments
EVOLVE reserves the right to amend the technical support service conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the platform with the update date indicated.
10. Applicable Law
These technical support service conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU law.
