1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Evolve Market Place platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service description

Evolve Market Place is an independent technology platform for financial information visualisation, organisation and tracking between Europe and LATAM. Evolve Market Place is not a financial institution and does not hold third-party funds. We act as an information aggregator and consultation environment; we do not carry out operations on behalf of the user and do not provide regulated financial services. We do not provide financial guidance of any kind nor make decisions for the user. All information provided is for informational purposes only.

3. User registration and account

To access certain platform functionalities, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Financial product risks

All financial products carry risks. The value of capital can go up or down. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your capital is at risk. You must carefully read all product documentation before participating and ensure you fully understand the risks involved.

Evolve Market Place shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access or use of the platform, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, capital losses, or any other financial loss.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
