Terms and Conditions of Use
Legal framework governing access to and use of the EVOLVE technology platform.

1. Identification of the Service Provider
Humman Finance Marketplace OÜ (EVOLVE), a private limited liability company incorporated under the Estonian Commercial Code, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under number 17411747. EVOLVE acts as a provider of information society services under the Estonian Information Society Services Act and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA).
2. Legal Nature of the Platform
EVOLVE is a technology platform designed to allow users to centralise and organise their global financial information in a single digital environment. Its primary function is to provide visibility and clarity over data typically dispersed across different accounts or geographies. The system operates under a strictly informational and technical model: it does not manage funds, process transactions or provide any form of financial guidance.
- •Does not manage funds or process financial transactions.
- •Does not provide financial guidance of any kind.
- •Does not make decisions for the user or act on their behalf.
- •Its services are not subject to financial supervisory oversight.
3. Purpose
This document governs access to, browsing and use of the Platform, and the conditions governing the legal relationship between EVOLVE and the natural or legal persons who access or use its services (Users). Through the Platform, EVOLVE provides a digital environment enabling Users to view, organise and track their financial information.
4. Description of the Service
EVOLVE provides a 100% digital technology platform enabling Users to view, organise and track their global financial information through a unified digital environment. The service facilitates the centralisation of financial information that may be dispersed across different accounts, institutions, platforms or jurisdictions, through technological tools that allow its aggregation, structuring and presentation in a single, accessible and easy-to-understand interface.
5. How the Platform Works
The Platform's operation is structured through the following processes:
- •Information connection: The User incorporates data relating to their accounts, assets or financial records, directly or through authorised third-party integrations.
- •Organisation: Information is automatically processed, structured, classified and presented in an orderly manner.
- •Tracking: The Platform provides continuous visualisation tools allowing the User to monitor the evolution of their financial information.
6. Nature of the Service and Exclusions
The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that EVOLVE provides a service of a strictly technological and informational nature.
- •No execution of transactions: EVOLVE does not execute, order, broker or participate in financial transactions.
- •No asset custody: EVOLVE does not hold, administer or manage funds, securities or other assets.
- •No financial guidance: Information on the Platform does not constitute financial, legal, tax or any other regulated guidance.
- •No decision-making: EVOLVE does not act as a representative, agent or proxy for the User.
- •Unregulated services: EVOLVE is not subject to authorisation or supervision by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon).
7. Registration and User Account
Access to certain Platform features requires prior registration and creation of a personal account. Users must diligently protect their access credentials and are responsible for all activity carried out through their account. EVOLVE reserves the right to suspend or cancel a User's account if breaches of these Terms or indications of fraudulent use are detected.
8. User Obligations
Users undertake to use the Platform in accordance with applicable legislation, these Terms and Conditions and good faith.
- •Use the Platform exclusively for the purposes for which it was designed.
- •Not carry out unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activities.
- •Not introduce viruses, malware or malicious code.
- •Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
- •Ensure that information provided is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
9. Liability
The User acknowledges that use of the Platform is at their own risk. EVOLVE does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of the information displayed. Information accessible through the Platform is purely informational and supportive in nature.
10. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may allow connection to third-party services. Use of such integrations is voluntary and subject to the relevant third parties' terms, over which EVOLVE has no control.
11. Security
EVOLVE adopts and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an adequate level of security, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR and the Estonian Cybersecurity Act.
12. Service Availability
EVOLVE will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform accessible. However, access may be interrupted due to technical maintenance, updates, third-party failures or force majeure. EVOLVE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights over the Platform, including its source code, design, databases, logos and brands, belong exclusively to EVOLVE or its licensors.
- •Reproduction, distribution or public communication without authorisation is prohibited.
- •Decompilation, reverse engineering or source code access is prohibited.
- •Bulk data extraction using scraping techniques is prohibited.
14. Data Protection
Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting admin@evolve.market.
15. Amendments
EVOLVE reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Users with reasonable prior notice where the nature of the change requires it.
16. Right of Withdrawal
Where the User is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of the service contract date, without justification and without incurring additional costs beyond those provided for by law.
17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU law.
